With the acquisition of IBM server business and Motorola phones, Lenovo needed meetings with enterprises to communicate their new end-to-end IT solutions. It's challenging getting meetings with time poor executives, so the communication needed to be clever and the offer compelling.
We created a Direct Mail piece to replicate the server. When opened, an embedded video player shaped like a Motorola phone automatically played. The offer 'Book a meeting online and receive a Motorola Moto X smartphone at the meeting'. Recepients who did not book were followed up with a phone call.
